A small temple dedicated to Panayia Thermiani.
It is built in front of a hot spring, inside a large Roman Bath chamber.
It is presumed that Hippocrates maintained a nursing home in this area, utilizing hot water from the spring.
In 1895, the prominent Medicinal Baths of Hippocrates were built in front of this area by P. Pantelidis, MD.
These remained in service for 30 years, and were regarded as one of the most prestigious SPA baths in Eastern Mediterranean.
